When is the reception / shop open?
Reception/shop opens: Monday-Friday at 11.00-20.00, Saturday, Sunday and public holidays at 08.00-20.00.
In addition, there are vending machines with drinks, snacks and freshly brewed coffee.
All prices are stated in DKK incl. VAT.
Online payment by debit card: We accept: Visa, Visa / Dankort, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Mastercard direct, Maestro. For online payment, you will be asked to provide your name, address and telephone number when placing your order.
Your payment receipt and receipt e-mail are proof of the conclusion of the lease.
What languages are spoken at the reception?
We speak Danish, English and German.
Is it permissible to attach protective roofs?
Canvas is generally allowed, but tents and caravans must still be movable.
You can find our waste containers located on the site.
4 km from Ærø Holiday Park there is a recycling space.

How should tents and caravans be placed?
Tents and caravans must be placed so that they can be easily moved.
Motorhome / Mobilehomes
May only stand on our pitches A1-A6, or down the long side from No. 1-10.
The caravan must be mobile and approved for driving on the road. The trolley must be in a cleaned condition and must not bear the mark of default. Caravans must always be placed at a distance of at least 3 meters at the unit sites.
The campsite regulations and the applicable rules of order (found on the website: aeroecamping.dk) must be observed, the camp manager's instructions must be followed.
Must boats be parked on the tent site?
No. The boats must be kept in the parking lot by the road.
How much distance should there be between caravans and tents?
There must be a distance of 3 m.
Is valid gas control required?
Yes. All caravans must have a valid gas check.
Can we bring pets?
You are welcome to take your pets with you as long as they are kept on a leash when they move around the square.
Can you grill at the campsite?
We have a nice barbecue area overlooking the water.
Is there Wi-Fi?
We have Wi-Fi on site which is free to use.
Should we bring our own bed linen?
Tenant must bring: Bed linen, towels and tea towels. It is also possible to rent.
Is it possible to rent bikes from you?
No, but you can rent bikes in Ærøskøbing. See under "Activities" on the website.
How far is it to the beach?
The beach is 50 meters from the campsite.
Is the place handicap accessible?
The campsite is with grass and gravel path. We have disabled toilet and shower. There is no level access to cabins.
Where is a defibrillator if the accident is out?
There is a defibrillator at the front desk.
Where can we see current offers?
We have forgotten something, what do we do?
Send us an email at email@example.com or call our reception if you have forgotten something. After 4 weeks, forgotten cases are thrown out.
Is the place open all year round?
The campsite is closed in winter from 31 October to 25 March.

Do you have a playground?
Yes we have.
What sports facilities do you have?
We have an activity room with bla. table tennis. Outside we have football, volleyball, basketball, petangue and table tennis.
Can we park the car if we are going around the island?
Yes, you can park with us if you are thinking and going around the island in a kayak or hiking for a few days.
The price is DKK 75 per day, so that it is safe with us.
Ærø Feriepark understands and respects the importance of privacy on the internet. The business will not disclose information about customers / users to third parties unless necessary to implement a transaction. The Business will not provide or sell your personal data to any 3rd party.
Number of guests
Cabins may only be inhabited by the number of persons for which they are intended.
When moving out, both the cabin and furniture must be handed over in the same condition as when taken over. Ie. DKK 500 in deposit will not be returned if not cleaned. You can borrow a cleaning kit at the reception.
The tenant is responsible for damage caused to the camping cabin and furniture. Damages must be reported immediately to Ærø Feriehytter & Camping for settlement before departure. Ærø Feriehytter & Camping assumes no responsibility for pests (ants, insects, earwigs, wasps, etc.) in or near the camping cabin. Ærø Feriehytter & Camping assumes no responsibility for sudden damage such as installation failure and breakage, etc., but will ensure that the damage is repaired as soon as possible.
Complaints must be made as soon as possible and no later than 2 hours after arrival. Complaints that appear later (eg after departure from the camping cabin) will not be acknowledged. In these cases, the tenant can not claim damages, price reduction or repayment of parts of the rent.
Booking the lease is binding. It is possible to purchase cancellation protection of DKK 575, which makes it possible to cancel up to 8 days before arrival. Cancellation of the lease must be made in writing via e-mail: email@example.com
All open fires in the square are prohibited.
All cabins and indoor areas are non-smoking
Calmness in the camping between kl. 22.00-07.00.
Any dispute between Ærø Feriepark and the tenant is settled in accordance with the general rules of Danish law. Questions can only be brought before the court in Svendborg (the campsite's court district), which has been adopted as a venue.
I am a member of the Danish Camping Union (DCU), do I get a discount?
No, there is no discount agreement between Ærøskøbing Feriehytter & Camping and Dansk Camping Union.
